“He that believeth on him is not judged: he that believeth not hath been judged already, because he hath not believed on the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the judgment, that the light is come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, and cometh not to the light, lest his works should be reproved.” (John 3:18-20)

We must understand that:

“He that covereth his transgressions shall not prosper; But whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall obtain mercy.” (Proverbs 28:13)

And it is not that God is taking too long:

“…but he is patient with us, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)

That is why the Lord has restored us, so that we may be:

“…the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, the salt loses its flavor, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. You are the light of the world; a city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. Let your light shine before people in this way, so that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:13-16)

Let us not be afraid to preach the Gospel, because surely:

“The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is upon me; because Jehovah hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening [of the prison] to them that are bound; to proclaim the year of Jehovah’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, that he may be glorified.” (Isaiah 61:1-3)

Let us remember:

“…How beautiful are the feet of those who announce peace, of those who bring good news!” (Romans 10:15)

So let us not keep the good news to ourselves…:

“Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, When it is in the power of thy hand to do it. Say not unto thy neighbor, Go, and come again, And to-morrow I will give; When thou hast it by thee.” (Proverbs 3:27-28)

“whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. What is your life? For ye are a vapor that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.” (James 4:14)

Let us not put off until tomorrow what we can do today. One more soul for the Lord…
